Experience
Alexis is an experienced and dynamic Belgian professional with an impressive track record spanning over two decades in leadership roles at major international tech corporations. He began his career at Proximus, a telecommunications leader in Belgium, and later moved to Microsoft, where he managed Microsoft Advertising during the early days of the internet. For the past 11 years, Alexis has been at the helm of META Benelux, where he significantly grew the business and served as the company's first employee in the country.
His exceptional skills and achievements were further recognized when he was appointed as the CEO of Sotheby's Belgium and Morocco in September 2023.
What does he do at Atlas?
At Atlas, Alexis collaborates closely with the board, playing a pivotal role in event planning and speaker selection. He provides strategic insights for overseas trips, ensuring that the board connects with the right corporate partners. His expertise is also instrumental in developing cutting-edge workshops and digital events.

She embarked on her career with McKinsey & Company in 1997, initially as a Consultant, later elevating to the role of Senior Organizational Expert and Associate Principal. McKinsey also saw her lead their Global Leadership and Talent Management Practice, where she seamlessly integrated organizational culture, people, and business performance.
In 2011, Déborah took the entrepreneurial leap, founding her own company, continuing her passion for leadership and organizational development as an independent professional. Strategically, she's a trusted advisor on the Strategic Committees of various global enterprises, both large and mid-tier.
Her innovative streak is evident in her co-development of essential organizational tools and techniques, which have been widely adopted across diverse industries.

By 2016, Benjamin's firm had risen to be among the top accounting establishments in the Benelux region, leading to its acquisition by the renowned group, IQEQ.
Post-acquisition, Benjamin continues to helm the office he pioneered, dedicating his efforts to his most esteemed clients. Beyond his accounting and tax prowess, Benjamin is lauded as an exceptional negotiator and deal architect.
